Beyond Sound and Breath

A Ceremonial Inner Journey with Sound, Breathwork, and Movement.

Every Wednesday we gather as a heart centered community celebrating the New Earth in co-creation together.

By breathing into our hearts, embracing the healing sounds/vibrations, while also applying specific movements for health and longevity we are able to find what lies deep inside. This is a guided process with love and attention to the unique energy of each individual. 

As sovereign beings each person does what is right for them while still honoring the group process and those around them.

This is a full immersive experience and often referred to as, "amazing" "a once in a lifetime experience" which is available every week in-person on the Big Island of Hawai'i at the beautiful healing Zen Garden event space. 

Qigong, Mantras, Galactic Breathing (deep guided breathwork for every skill level) and Energy Work and Sound healing.

This is a full ceremony of frequency, vibration, movement, and heart energy activation towards the embodiment of your True Self.

Jason Donaldson Healer

Jason acquired a bachelor’s in Psychology from University of Hawai’i at Hilo, a master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from NCU, is a certified master Sekhem Energy Practitioner, Spirit Guidance Mentor, and creator of the Galactic Breathing Technique.

Jason has an extremely varied background in many healing modalities and much esoteric study such as: ascension mechanics, quantum physics, galactic shamanism, nutrition, tai chi, qi gong, tarot, shadow work, energy signature reading, etheric surgery, implant removal, meditation, breathwork, soul retrieval, and energetic archetypes.

He has been trained in The Three Principles approach to mental health, facilitated various therapeutic and support groups, workshops, and rite of passage ceremonies for over 10 years on the Big Island of Hawai’i.

Tuning In to the Channel of Yourself — experience your body and mind as a whole "instrument” as a current for a deep healing through the power of sound and your own breath.
During the session live soundscapes will be created so you can deeper experience healing and transformational process.
Sounds of authentic ancient and modern instruments from all over the world will help you to explore which energy is filling you at this moment ( Gongs, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, handpans, drums, didgeridoo, guitar, piano, Koshi chimes, crystal pyramid ,etc)

Through sound and meditation we offer a space for you to deeply relax and explore what's there for you.

Breathwork and How Best Prepare:

Galactic Breathing is deep breathwork for an extended period of time. Three 10-minute rounds with each round building on the previous with it's intensity.

Every individual does what feels right for them. There is no need to blindly follow. You will learn three different breathing techniques and one powerful relaxation breath to help you on your journey. Breathing "normally" and simply enjoying all the sounds and energy is always welcomed as well.

For best experience: Please try to avoid ingesting large amounts of food or liquids before the event.

What to bring: 

~water 
~ yoga mat, blanket, and any items for your own comfort during the session.
