The Hero in Times of Endings

When hate lives in the hearts of people, no matter how justified, it invites in more pain and suffering. When fear isolates those sensitive enough to speak truth, we all fall together. In desperation, people look for those who appear calm and confident. But true calm and confidence do not come from suppressing emotions or blaming others. They come from the heart and the breath, from remembering who we are.

This is the embodiment of the Kryst (Christ) Consciousness: the connection to the heart, to unity, and to the oneness of all things. The message and meaning behind this energy have often been lost in religion, yet it is the highest attainment we can strive for while living. It asks us to choose love rather than running, hiding, blaming, or shaming. These reactions will still happen, but we can catch them, forgive ourselves and others, and return to presence.

Note: The terms Kryst, Krystic, and Christos-Sophia are used in ascension and starseed teachings to describe the Divine Christed blueprint, a unified, heart-centered consciousness that transcends the limited religious idea that only one being could embody Christ.

Remembering the Hero

It is not about fighting, organizing against something, or joining with it. It is about courage and presence, because we are already a part of it.

In times of death and destruction, what is required is the hero: those aligned with the Divine. Even in a community shaken by chaos or natural disasters, these souls find the ability to Self-source and be sovereign in their physical and energetic domains.

They listen to their emotions as wisdom, allowing themselves to feel and integrate without overwhelm. They remember to breathe, to feel their feet on the earth, and to connect with the eternal Spirit within. In this way, they become way-showers, the calm in the storm, the truth, the revealer, and the harmony.

We are stewards and protectors of one another, the animals, and the land. We do not worship cold nerves or harmful behaviors, but we recognize the roles all aspects of humanity play, even the challenging ones, while still choosing to embody love.

If you are reading these words, this is your reminder: you are this. We all have that ability. And we are being called to step into that remembering now.

Note: When I write Self with a capital “S,” I am pointing to what Carl Jung described as the Divine, whole, and complete Self. It is greater than the ego or personality and is the eternal part of us expressed as Spirit, God, the Universe, and the Energy of all things.

The Living Bardo

As illusions shatter, more chaos and upheaval appear. This is not punishment but a living bardo, a transition and an invitation to use everything that occurs for your highest expression. In other lifetimes, we may have had to physically die to remember this place of union. Now each of us has the opportunity to rise above illusion and pain and to claim our mastery while still living.

Mind control has been perfected on this planet to keep you reactive and unconscious. Many “sacred” texts and media have been twisted to keep humanity in separation. This is just part of the game, the illusion.

Command your space. Breathe into the God spark of the Divine within you. Remember how powerful you are. The breath will guide you and the heart will remind you.

Practical Reminders (Tools)

• Ask curious questions instead of making judgmental assumptions.
• Take deep breaths and bring awareness to your body instead of clenching your fists and tightening your stomach.
• Allow emotions to be felt fully, rather than blaming them on people or circumstances.
• See and remember that all nature is manifested from love. Look and feel it when you are in it. (If you think about this, you will miss it.)
• The most powerful one: Look for one thing you love about a person rather than focusing on what irritates or angers you. Even one simple association is enough.

Life is full of fiery endings and passionate beginnings. Each instance is a opportunity to embody the Kryst consciousness and rise as the calm presence that shifts realities. This is your invitation to remember the Divine within through love, compassion, breath, and sovereign alignment.

Whatever name we give it, whether Spirit, Self, Kryst, or Christ, all point to the same eternal truth. Love is the answer, and the heart-breath will guide you there.
